House Rules

This space is not suitable for events or parties. We have security cameras monitoring the exterior of the home. Exceeding our maximum guest limit and not respecting the quiet hours will incur fees. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on the property or in the house. We are NOT a 420 friendly rental inside or outside. A $500 cleaning fee will be enforced to remove any odor if this rule is broken.

The space
This is a chic and spacious single family house that you will have to yourself and can feel like home as you explore Colorado. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest to ensure your safety and comfort. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to spread out and have privacy during your stay. There is a beautiful open living room upstairs with large windows letting in plenty of natural light. On cozy nights at the Hideout indulge in a warm fire and a movie. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there is a large dining table to gather all together. A furnished front porch with mountain views in the distance is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Head to the basement for another full level of comfort. There is spacious bedroom and full bath as well as two work spaces. A foosball table and a BYOB wet bar with a mini-fridge will make it feel like a night out at home! We thoughtfully designed our home to make this an unforgettable and comfortable stay you will want to come back to on your next getaway.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. There is a driveway with a carport that will fit two cars.

We do our best to leave you with everything you need so that you can enjoy your stay. However, if you need us, we live nearby and are available through the Airbnb app or text.
Neighborhood overview
The Hilltop Hideout is in a quiet residential neighborhood with incredibly easy access to some of Denver Metro's most popular spots! Some local favorites of ours are the charming shops and restaurants starting on 46th & Tennyson (10 min). Another Denver hotspot known as "The Highlands" is less than 15 minutes away and boasts trendy eateries as well as the infamous Little Man Ice Cream all while showcasing the Denver skyline. Old Town Arvada is another great spot to check out for restaurants and breweries and less than 15 min from the home.

Head 20 min. West to Golden for a Coors Brewery tour or a hike on the beautiful trails of the Front Range. Enjoy a post hike beer with all the local mountain bikers at one of our favorite breweries, New Terrain Brewing Co.

The iconic Flatirons in Boulder are just 20 min from your doorstep and are a must see during your trip! Don't miss the lively and eclectic Pearl Street mall in Downtown Boulder while you're in the area.
Getting around
Having a rental car is recommended for this location. Uber and Lyft are available in the area. The closest light rail station is 1.7 miles away at Westminster Station. Hop on Rt. 36 West to Boulder or East to Denver.
