House Rules

This space is not suitable for events or parties. We have security cameras monitoring the exterior of the home. Exceeding our maximum guest limit and not respecting the quiet hours will incur fees. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on the property or in the house. We are NOT a 420 friendly rental inside or outside. A $500 cleaning fee will be enforced to remove any odor if this rule is broken.

The space
This is a brand new listing hosted by experienced, local Superhosts! This is a chic and spacious single family house that you will have to yourself and can feel like home as you explore Colorado. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest to ensure your safety and comfort. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to spread out and have privacy during your stay. There is a stylish open living room upstairs with floor to ceiling windows letting in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there is a large dining table as well as counter seating to gather all together. Every morning you can spoil yourself with the luxurious robes provided or a pour over batch of coffee in the Chemex. Then head to the large, private backyard that is waiting for you to enjoy. Whether that means a soak in the hot tub or a friendly game of corn hole, you won’t have to go far to relax and unwind! You will even have distant views of the Denver skyline from the back porch as you take advantage of the outdoor dining space. We recommend making it a point to check this out in the evening! We thoughtfully designed our home to make this an unforgettable and comfortable stay you will want to come back to on your next getaway and we hope to host you soon! There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property or in the house. A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be enforced to remove any odor if this rule is broken. There is a minimum $50/hour late checkout fee without prior approval. Please expect there may be hot tub maintenance during your stay. This is to ensure the hot tub is properly cleaned and sanitized for your stay. We use a 3rd party for this service and cannot guarantee the schedule.
Guest interaction
We do our best to leave you with everything you need so that you can enjoy your stay. However, if you need us, we live nearby and are available through the AirBnB app. Please note: We do have a hot tub maintenance person visit once weekly. This will typically occur during the day mid-week, but this is subject to change as we cannot guarantee the schedule for that week.
Neighborhood overview
The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with incredibly easy access to some of Denver Metro's most popular spots! Some local favorites of ours are the charming shops and restaurants starting on 46th & Tennyson (10 min). Another Denver hotspot known as "The Highlands" is less than 15 minutes away and boasts trendy eateries as well as the infamous Little Man Ice Cream all while showcasing the Denver skyline. Old Town Arvada is another great spot to check out for restaurants and breweries and less than 15 min from the home.
Getting around
Having a rental car is recommended for this location. Uber and Lyft are available in the area. The closest light rail station is 1.7 miles away at Westminster Station. Hop on Rt. 36 West to Boulder or East to Denver.
